The "SMP" Brand EPM lifting magnet is designed with a strong focus on industrial safety features. As a result, it is highly compact, lightweight, durable, and ensures reliable and secure operation.

Electro Permanent Magnetic (EPM) lifting technology combines both permanent and electromagnetic forces to clamp and release materials as needed. The lifter plate remains securely in place even in the event of a power failure, as EPM lifters only require electricity for activation and deactivation, making them 100% safe for plate handling.

Since continuous electricity is not necessary, the system offers significant energy savings compared to traditional electromagnetic lifters. In case of a power outage, the system retains its state—ensuring the plate remains held securely. This built-in Enhanced Safety Feature (ESF) adds an extra layer of protection.

To prevent accidental activation, safety interlocks are integrated into the system: A) The system will magnetize only when both the Yellow and Green buttons are pressed simultaneously, minimizing accident risks. B) To turn off the system, both the Yellow and Red buttons must be pressed together.

The lifting mechanism includes a chain and hanging arrangement made from high-strength Grade 80 steel, reinforced with a bull ring for added durability.

The control unit operates on a 415V AC three-phase power supply, with the on/off cycle completing in just a few seconds.
